Holiday Gift Guide for Autoimmune Disease & Chronic Illness

Maybe you have a friend, family member or loved one that is on the autoimmune protocol or lives with chronic illness.  What should you get them?

What would help to make their life a bit more joyful or comfortable?  I’ve complied a list here of some of the best holiday gifts around the web.  And hey, you don’t need to wait for the holidays to send a gift…these would also be good for birthdays and as thinking-of-you gifts well!

  • Take them on a day trip so they can get out of the house.

  • Bring a blanket over, cook a meal for them in their kitchen and have lunch with them in the comfort their home.

  • Call them and give them your ear. Ask them, “Please tell me all about how you feel and what you are going through.”
